Shipping Costs
At Dragongirl2000ArtStudios Ltd, we cover the original shipping fee for delivery and any shipping fees for replacement items due to verified damage or defect. However, if a customer wishes to return an item for a refund, they are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Handmade Items and Imperfections
Please note that the majority of our items are handmade by a single artisan. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight imperfections are a natural part of each item’s unique character and charm, and they do not qualify as defects.
Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the box, with all original accessories and documentation.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
Replacement, Store Credit, and Refunds
- Replacement: Given that most items are handmade and one-of-a-kind, a direct replacement may not be available if an item is damaged or defective. If a replacement is not possible, we can offer store credit instead.
- Store Credit: To receive store credit, the item must be returned first. Once we receive and inspect it, we will process the store credit to your account.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed after the item is returned, received, and inspected. Return shipping costs for refunds are the customer’s responsibility.
Damage Assessment and Deductions
Upon receiving a returned item, [Company Name] will conduct a thorough inspection. If we detect any signs of intentional damage, excessive wear, or modifications not present when the item was originally shipped, we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund to cover the cost of repairs or restoration.
